Job Description

At Ernst & Young (EY), we are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Recruiting Immigration Analyst to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing immigration assistance to our recruiters and HR staff globally. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of immigration laws, regulations, and policies along with excellent communication skills.We are looking for someone who is a self-starter and who will bring an enthusiastic and proactive attitude to their role. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and have the ability to work as part of a team. They must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or Human Resources and a minimum of two years' experience working in immigration. Knowledge of the laws, regulations, and policies that affect US immigration is essential. Experience with global immigration and knowledge of multiple countries' immigration requirements is preferred. The successful candidate must also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a strong customer service orientation. Responsibilities:

-Provide immigration assistance to recruiters and HR staff globally -Stay up to date on immigration laws, regulations, and policies -Maintain a self-starter attitude and bring an enthusiastic and proactive approach to the role -Demonstrate strong organizational and detail-oriented skills -Work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment -Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills -Provide excellent customer service -Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications -Learn new technology quickly -Maintain a working knowledge of US immigration laws, regulations, and policies -Keep up to date on global immigration requirements and have knowledge of multiple countries’ immigration policies -Possess a Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or Human Resources and a minimum of two years’ experience working in immigration
