Job Description

At Ernst & Young (EY) we are looking for a highly motivated Recruiting Immigration Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of the company’s immigration services, policies, and procedures. They must be passionate about immigration compliance and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.We are seeking a candidate who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of immigration rules and regulations, and have the ability to effectively communicate with hiring managers and employees.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, as well as two or more years of experience in immigration law, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies for immigration services, policies, and procedures.
  2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration rules and regulations.
  3. Manage relationships with hiring managers and employees regarding immigration-related issues.
  4. Handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Prepare and review immigration documents, such as visa applications and I-9 forms.
  6. Monitor and ensure compliance with immigration laws and policies.
  7. Provide guidance and advice to hiring managers and employees on immigration matters.
  8. Develop and implement procedures for tracking immigration status of employees.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external immigration attorneys and agencies.
  10. Utilize immigration-related software for tracking and reporting purposes.
