  8. Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements in all real estate transactions and projects.
  9. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the real estate team.
  10. Drive performance management and talent development initiatives for the real estate team, identifying areas for improvement and providing coaching and support.
  11. Represent EY at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the firm's reputation and brand in the real estate sector.
  12. Contribute to the overall growth and success of EY by actively participating in firm-wide initiatives and projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Real Estate, Finance, Or A Related Field.
