- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for the Financial Services division.
- Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and ensure they are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Train and mentor team members on quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to quality and compliance.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to maintain the integrity of financial services.
- Continuously review and enhance existing quality assurance processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Serve as the main point of contact for quality-related inquiries from clients and other stakeholders.
- Communicate quality-related updates and developments to the team and upper management.
- Stay current on industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
- Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects.
- Prepare and present quality assurance reports to senior management.
- Foster a culture of quality and compliance within the organization.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Conduct investigations and root cause analyses to resolve quality issues.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Services Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Including Experience With Regulatory Bodies Such As The Sec, Finra, And Cftc.
Strong Understanding Of Quality Assurance Processes And Methodologies, With A Focus On Risk-Based Testing And Audit Techniques.
Previous Experience In A Leadership Role, Managing And Mentoring A Team Of Quality Assurance Professionals.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks And Issues.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Complex Concepts To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
