- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for the financial services team.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of financial services provided by the team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues and implement solutions.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards, processes, and best practices.
- Create and maintain a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the financial services team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to ensure the team is delivering cutting-edge and high-quality services.
- Communicate quality standards and expectations to team members and hold them accountable for meeting them.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their quality expectations and ensure they are met or exceeded.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new financial services offerings to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Handle any quality-related issues or escalations in a timely and effective manner.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the quality assurance process to ensure it is efficient and effective.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the organization's financial services offerings and processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert on quality assurance and provide guidance to team members and clients as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance Or Auditing In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations And Standards, Such As Sarbanes-Oxley And Gaap.
Experience Leading And Managing A Team, With Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills.
Certifications Such As Certified Internal Auditor (Cia) Or Certified Public Accountant (Cpa) Are Highly Preferred.
