  1. Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial services offerings.
  2. Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals to achieve set goals and objectives.
  3. Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues and ensure timely delivery of high-quality services to clients.
  5. Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation, including standard operating procedures and quality control plans.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  7. Train and coach team members on quality assurance processes and standards.
  8. Analyze data and provide reports to management on quality metrics and performance.
  9. Communicate with clients to understand their quality requirements and address any concerns or issues.
  10. Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase the company's commitment to quality.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to financial services.
  12. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of quality assurance processes.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on quality assurance matters and provide guidance to team members and other departments as needed.
  15. Consistently uphold the company's values and code of conduct in all interactions and activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Assurance Role Within The Financial Services Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations And Industry Standards, Such As Sarbanes-Oxley (Sox) And The Dodd-Frank Act.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Quality Assurance Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Potential Risks And Issues In Financial Processes And Systems.
