- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations pertaining to power and utilities to provide informed recommendations to clients
- Lead and manage projects related to energy optimization, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients and senior management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and providing ongoing support and guidance
- Mentor and train junior team members on energy optimization best practices and industry knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the firm to leverage resources and drive successful outcomes for clients
- Identify potential business development opportunities and contribute to proposal development and client pitches
- Represent the firm at industry events and conferences to promote our expertise and thought leadership in energy optimization.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Energy Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Energy Management Or Sustainability, Preferably In The Power And Utilities Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Energy Market Dynamics, Regulatory Requirements, And Emerging Technologies In The Field Of Energy Optimization.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Energy Optimization Projects For Clients, Preferably In A Consulting Or Advisory Role.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients To Drive Results And Achieve Targets.
