  1. Provide expert guidance and support to clients regarding payroll compliance and management.
  2. Collaborate with clients to identify their specific needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  3. Conduct in-depth analysis of payroll processes and regulations to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
  4. Advise clients on best practices and industry trends in payroll management.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and building client loyalty.
  6. Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality, timely and cost-effective solutions.
  7. Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables.
  8. Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and industry developments to ensure clients are informed and compliant.
  9. Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop.
  10. Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance client service delivery.
  12. Represent Ernst & Young in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including maintaining client confidentiality.
  14. Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively communicate progress and challenges to team members and clients.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to personal and professional development, continuously seeking opportunities to learn and grow.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Payroll Consulting Or Related Field.

  • Certified Payroll Professional (Cpp) Or Other Relevant Professional Certification.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Payroll Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.

  • Previous Experience With Project Management And Leading Teams In Implementing Payroll Solutions For Clients.
