- Manage and oversee all aspects of payroll advisory services for clients, including but not limited to payroll processing, tax compliance, and reporting.
- Utilize expert knowledge of payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance for clients.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to develop and implement effective payroll processes and procedures.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client payroll systems and provide recommendations for improvement and optimization.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to clients on all payroll-related matters.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in payroll regulations to ensure clients are informed and compliant.
- Train and mentor junior team members on payroll best practices and processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Identify opportunities for business development and assist in the creation of proposals for potential clients.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of payroll services.
- Collaborate with other departments within EY to provide comprehensive and integrated solutions for clients.
- Adhere to EY's policies and procedures, as well as all relevant laws and regulations.
- Represent EY in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Payroll Management Or Consulting, Preferably In A Large And Complex Organization.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Payroll Regulations, Compliance Requirements, And Best Practices In Multiple Jurisdictions.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Large-Scale Payroll Transformation Projects And Manage Multiple Stakeholders.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Advise And Influence Clients And Team Members.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Human Resources, Accounting, Or Business Administration. Professional Certifications In Payroll, Hr, Or Project Management Are A Plus.
