  1. Provide expert advice and solutions to clients on payroll processes and procedures.
  2. Collaborate with clients to identify and understand their payroll needs and provide strategic guidance.
  3. Manage complex payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.
  4. Work closely with the People Advisory Services team to support clients in achieving their business goals.
  5. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
  6. Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  7. Stay updated with industry trends and regulations related to payroll to provide up-to-date advice to clients.
  8. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings for clients.
  10. Represent the firm and the People Advisory Services team in a professional and positive manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Payroll And/Or Human Resources Consulting, Preferably In A Managerial Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Payroll Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Experience With Payroll Systems And Software, Such As Adp Or Workday.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Lead A Team.
