
Payroll Senior Associate

- Process payroll for employees accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Maintain employee payroll records and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, including paystubs, tax withholdings, and other related questions.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of new hires, terminations, and employee changes.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll data to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
- Stay up-to-date on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and other relevant parties.
- Assist with year-end payroll processes, including W-2 and other tax form preparation.
- Collaborate with external payroll providers, if applicable, to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Train and mentor junior payroll associates to ensure a high level of accuracy and efficiency within the team.
- Act as a point of contact for external auditors during payroll audits.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of payroll processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information and adhere to data privacy and security policies.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to payroll, as assigned by management.

Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Payroll Processing And Tax Compliance.
Extensive Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Payroll Laws And Regulations.
Prior Experience With Payroll Systems Such As Adp, Ultipro, Or Workday.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A High Level Of Attention To Detail And Accuracy.
