  1. Process Payroll: The primary responsibility of a Payroll Senior Associate is to process accurate and timely payroll for clients using various payroll software and systems.
  2. Ensure Compliance: The Payroll Senior Associate is responsible for staying updated on payroll laws and regulations and ensuring that all payroll processes are in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
  3. Provide Guidance and Support: The Payroll Senior Associate will be responsible for providing guidance and support to a team of payroll associates, ensuring that they understand and follow all payroll processes and procedures.
  4. Maintain Accuracy: The Payroll Senior Associate must have a strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy. They will be responsible for reviewing and verifying payroll data to ensure its accuracy.
  5. Collaborate with Clients and Team Members: The Payroll Senior Associate will work closely with clients and team members to gather and process payroll data, resolve any issues or discrepancies, and provide exceptional customer service.
  6. Identify and Resolve Payroll Issues: In the event of any payroll issues or errors, the Payroll Senior Associate will be responsible for identifying the root cause and implementing corrective measures to prevent future occurrences.

Job Qualifications
