  1. Plan and manage payroll implementation projects for clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and design customized payroll solutions to meet their requirements.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  4. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure project success.
  5. Manage a team of payroll specialists and consultants to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  6. Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are being met.
  7. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in payroll regulations to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to clients.
  9. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing any client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Continuously monitor and improve payroll implementation processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and enhance their knowledge in payroll and project management.
  12. Represent EY and maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Project Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Complex Projects, Preferably In The Payroll Implementation Domain. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Projects On Time, Within Budget, And To The Satisfaction Of Stakeholders.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Payroll Processes And Systems: The Project Manager Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Payroll Processes And Systems, Including Local And Global Regulations. They Should Be Familiar With Different Payroll Software And Have Experience In Implementing Them.

  • Strong Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: As A Project Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Coordinating With Various Stakeholders, Including Clients, Team Members, And Senior Management. They Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Manage Expectations And Resolve Conflicts Effectively.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: The Project Manager Will Be Leading A Team Of Professionals, And Hence, Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills. They Should Have The Ability To Motivate And Guide Team Members To Achieve Project Goals And Ensure A Collaborative Work Environment.

  • Attention To Detail And Problem-Solving Abilities: Implementing A Payroll System Requires Attention To Detail And The Ability To Identify And Resolve Issues Quickly. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Eye For Detail And Be Able To Think Critically To Find Solutions To Any Challenges That May Arise During The Implementation Process.
