  1. Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle Cloud SCM Order Management and provide guidance and support to clients.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Design and implement innovative solutions using Oracle Cloud SCM Order Management to optimize supply chain operations.
  4. Analyze data and provide insights to drive business results and improve efficiencies.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Oracle Cloud SCM Order Management and effectively communicate them to clients.
  6. Conduct trainings and workshops to educate clients on the use and benefits of Oracle Cloud SCM Order Management.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of Oracle Cloud SCM Order Management.
  8. Proactively identify risks and issues and develop mitigation plans.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  10. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve processes and methodologies related to Oracle Cloud SCM Order Management consulting.
  11. Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members.
  12. Participate in business development activities and assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations.
  13. Ensure timely completion of project deliverables within budget and scope.
  14. Adhere to company and industry standards and compliance guidelines.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience In Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (Scm) Modules, Specifically In Order Management.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Implementation And Configuration Of Oracle Cloud Scm Order Management For Clients.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Business Processes And Best Practices In Order Management, Including Order Fulfillment, Pricing, Shipping, And Invoicing.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients To Identify And Solve Complex Business Issues.

  • Oracle Cloud Scm Certifications, Such As Oracle Cloud Scm Order Management Cloud Implementation Specialist Or Oracle Cloud Scm Order Management Cloud Service Implementation Specialist, Preferred.
