Oracle Applications HCM Technical Consultant

3. Solve complex problems and troubleshoot any technical issues.
4. Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of Oracle HCM projects.
5. Analyze and evaluate existing Oracle HCM solutions and recommend improvements.
6. Provide technical guidance to less experienced members of the team.
7. Develop technical documentation to support the Oracle HCM system.
8. Stay up-to-date on Oracle HCM technologies and trends.
9. Assist in training users on Oracle HCM applications.
10. Provide technical support to users of Oracle HCM solutions.
