Operations Technician

At Ernst & Young, we are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Operations Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team.To be considered for this role, you must have a degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field. Additionally, you must have two or more years of experience working in an IT or operations environment, and knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking technologies. Proficiency in scripting languages and experience with system automation tools is a plus.Beyond the required qualifications, we are looking for someone with strong customer service and communication skills, who is an organized and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude.
