At Ernst and Young (EY), we are looking for a passionate, organized, and collaborative On-site Technology Support Technician to join our team. As a vital member of the Technology Support team, the Technician will provide a variety of technical support activities to ensure the best experience and continuity of service for our clients.The successful candidate will have a strong background in technical support, excellent problem-solving skills, and superior customer service. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.We are seeking an individual with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems related to hardware, software, and networking.
  3. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
  4. Monitor system performance and ensure the highest level of system security.
  5. Assist clients with the setup and installation of hardware, software, and peripherals.
  6. Train clients on the use of hardware, software, and other technology products.
  7. Collaborate with the Technology Support team to ensure client satisfaction.
  8. Document processes and procedures related to technical support.
  9. Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel.
  10. Maintain an inventory of hardware and software.
