
On-site Technology Support Technician

As a vital member of the Technology Support team, the Technician will provide a variety of technical support activities to ensure the best experience and continuity of service for our clients.The successful candidate will have a strong background in technical support, excellent problem-solving skills, and superior customer service. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems related to hardware, software, and networking.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the highest level of system security.
- Assist clients with the setup and installation of hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Train clients on the use of hardware, software, and other technology products.
- Collaborate with the Technology Support team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Document processes and procedures related to technical support.
- Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an inventory of hardware and software.
