  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their risk management needs and providing tailored solutions to address their challenges.
  2. Lead and manage risk consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client requirements and expectations.
  3. Utilize industry knowledge and expertise to identify potential risks and opportunities for clients, and provide strategic recommendations to mitigate risks and achieve strategic objectives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated risk management solutions that align with client goals and objectives.
  5. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in risk management, and incorporate them into client engagements and internal processes.
  6. Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and excel in their roles.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
  8. Support business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities with existing and potential clients.
  9. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery of risk consulting services.
  10. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with valuable insights, recommendations, and guidance on risk management strategies and practices.
  11. Communicate complex risk concepts and solutions in a clear and concise manner to clients and colleagues at all levels.
  12. Uphold and promote EY's values and ethical standards in all interactions and engagements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, Or Risk Consulting.

  • Professional Certification Such As Certified Internal Auditor (Cia), Certified Risk Management Professional (Crmp), Or Certified Information Systems Auditor (Cisa) Is Preferred.

  • Strong Understanding Of Industry-Specific Risks And Regulations.

  • Proven Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Risk Professionals.
