Manager, SEC Reporting and Corporate Governance Advisory

The ideal candidate will have the knowledge and experience to help businesses navigate and understand the complexities of their SEC reporting obligations.The successful Manager will have an in-depth understanding of SEC regulations, SEC filings, corporate governance and accounting standards, and the ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. An ideal candidate will also have a strong background in public accounting, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.The Manager will be responsible for providing guidance on complex topics to senior leaders, developing innovative solutions to client issues, and leading client engagements. This position requires a strong client service orientation, an ability to lead and motivate teams, and a willingness to take initiative.
