Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain corporate governance policies, procedures, and guidelines.
2. Monitor and analyze changes in SEC regulations and advise on applicable compliance requirements.
3. Prepare and review SEC filings, such as 10-Ks and 10-Qs.
4. Research and analyze corporate governance issues for clients.
5. Provide clients with advice on corporate governance issues.
6. Maintain and update client corporate governance systems.
7. Develop and deliver presentations on corporate governance topics.
8. Work closely with other professionals in the organization to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
9. Provide ongoing support and advice to clients on corporate governance matters.
10. Monitor stock exchange and other regulatory developments and provide advice on how to adjust corporate governance structures.
