Manager, SEC Reporting and Corporate Governance Advisory

This dynamic role requires a combination of strong technical knowledge and excellent communication and client service skills.The successful candidate will provide high-level expertise and guidance to our clients on financial reporting and disclosure matters, investor relations, corporate governance and internal controls. In addition, they will facilitate the timely and accurate delivery of our client engagements, while ensuring that the highest quality standards are maintained.To be considered for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, supplemented by a minimum of six years of progressively responsible professional experience in a public accounting, legal or corporate environment. In addition, you should have a deep understanding of SEC reporting rules and regulations and US GAAP, along with experience in drafting SEC documents such as Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and Proxy Statements. Responsibilities:

1. Provide high-level expertise and guidance to clients on financial reporting and disclosure matters, investor relations, corporate governance and internal controls.

3. Demonstrate a deep understanding of SEC reporting rules and regulations and US GAAP.
4. Draft SEC documents such as Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and Proxy Statements.
5. Demonstrate knowledge of corporate governance and internal controls.
6. Manage and mentor junior staff members of the SEC Reporting and Corporate Governance Advisory team.
7. Monitor project deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
8. Develop strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
