Manager, SEC Reporting and Corporate Governance Advisory

You will also be responsible for managing client engagements and providing timely and accurate completion of all client deliverables.The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a CPA certification. At least three years of experience working in a public accounting firm is preferred, as well as demonstrated experience in SEC reporting and corporate governance. You must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong client management and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: • Provide technical accounting advice, SEC reporting, financial statement preparation and oversight of corporate governance and compliance for clients • Manage client engagements and provide timely completion of all client deliverables • Develop and maintain relationships with clients • Analyze financial information and maintain accurate financial records • Prepare and review financial statements and disclosures • Identify and assess compliance issues and risks • Monitor and report on financial results • Research and analyze new accounting regulations and changes in existing regulations • Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls and procedures • Train and mentor junior staff members
