At Ernst & Young/ EY, we are looking for an experienced and highly organized Manager to join our SEC Reporting and Corporate Governance Advisory team. This individual will be a critical member of our team, leading our efforts to provide trusted advice and services to our clients.The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SEC reporting and corporate governance. The ideal candidate will have a CPA license, a Master’s degree in accounting, finance or similar field, and an understanding of the latest legal and regulatory requirements.The Manager, SEC Reporting and Corporate Governance Advisory is responsible for leading our team in providing comprehensive advice and services to our clients. This individual will be a trusted advisor who is able to understand the complexities of our clients’ businesses and ensure that our advice is tailored to their specific needs. The Manager will have a passion for excellence and will be committed to providing superior service to our clients.We are looking for someone who is collaborative, creative, and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to professional development. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the SEC Reporting and Corporate Governance Advisory team to provide comprehensive advice and services to clients.
  2. Develop strong working relationships with clients and help to understand their businesses and their specific needs.
  3. Ensure compliance with the latest legal and regulatory requirements for SEC reporting and corporate governance.
  4. Demonstrate exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  5. Create and implement strategies for professional development within the team.
  6. Work collaboratively with other teams to provide superior service to clients.
  7. Remain up-to-date on the latest developments in SEC reporting and corporate governance.
  8. Monitor and review team performance and provide constructive feedback.
  9. Develop, review, and present reports and other documents related to SEC reporting and corporate governance.
  10. Ensure all processes and procedures are followed accurately and effectively.
