Manager, Identity and Access Management

The Manager, Identity and Access Management at Ernst & Young is a critical position to support the organization’s mission to provide a secure and compliant digital environment for employees and customers. As a leader in this space, the Manager, Identity and Access Management will be responsible for ensuring the secure design, implementation, and operation of access control and identity management systems.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about security and compliance to join a dynamic and fast-paced organization. The successful candidate will possess an in-depth knowledge of security protocols, cyber security governance, and identity and access management standards. We are looking for an individual with exceptional communication and project management skills, the ability to work independently, and an ability to develop and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in identity and access management and/or cyber security. Experience in a large, multi-national organization is preferred.
