Job Description

Ernst & Young is looking for an experienced and motivated Manager, Identity and Access Management to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for Identity and Access Management for our clients and team. This position requires a professional with strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM or related field, who is passionate about keeping our clients and team secure. You need to have a deep understanding of IAM and Access Management processes, as well as experience in security governance and compliance. You should also be familiar with IAM technologies, such as identity and access management (IAM) platforms, user provisioning, single sign-on, and multi-factor authentication. Additionally, you must be comfortable working with clients and colleagues at all levels and have the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.We seek a professional who is motivated to work hard, take initiative, and help our clients reach their security goals.
