Job Description

Ernst & Young is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and innovative Manager of Identity and Access Management to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of success in developing and managing Identity and Access Management solutions. The candidate should have strong technical and business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A successful Manager of Identity and Access Management will have the following qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.- At least 5 years of experience in identity and access management, security and/or IT systems.- Proven experience in designing, deploying, and managing identity and access management solutions.- Demonstrated knowledge of security best practices and industry standards in identity and access management.- Experience with cloud-based identity and access management solutions.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.- Ability to work with minimal supervision and adhere to strict deadlines.If you have the qualifications and experience necessary to be a successful Manager of Identity and Access Management at Ernst & Young, we look forward to hearing from you.
