Manager, Identity and Access Management

Our ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical, management and communication skills and have a passion for leveraging technology to enable business objectives.The Manager, Identity and Access Management will be responsible for managing a team of identity and access management specialists, leading projects to ensure the secure and effective use of identity and access management technology and services, and working with colleagues to ensure that access rights are consistently applied and monitored.We are looking for a qualified individual who has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field, with at least 7 years of experience in identity and access management, including experience in developing and managing access policies and procedures, as well as experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills, as well as the ability to understand and interpret technical and security requirements.We are looking for an individual who understands the importance of data security and is passionate about protecting the firm’s data and other sensitive information.
