
Manager - FCC, Forensic and Integrity Services - Egypt

As a Manager in our Fraud Investigation and Dispute Services (FIDS) practice, you will play a key role in helping our clients navigate complex fraud, corruption, and regulatory investigations. Your expertise in financial crime compliance (FCC) and knowledge of local laws and regulations will be instrumental in ensuring our clients' integrity and reputation. We are looking for someone with a strong sense of integrity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues. - Lead and manage complex fraud, corruption, and regulatory investigations for clients.
- Utilize expertise in financial crime compliance (FCC) to ensure clients' integrity and reputation.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of local laws and regulations to support investigations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely updates on investigations.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate fraud and corruption risks for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather evidence and analyze financial data.
- Ensure high-quality and accurate delivery of investigative reports and findings.
- Monitor and stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to fraud investigation and financial crime compliance.
- Act with a strong sense of integrity and adhere to ethical standards in all investigative activities.
- Train and mentor junior team members in investigative techniques and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to business development efforts.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Key Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Forensic And Integrity Services, With A Focus On Anti-Fraud And Anti-Corruption Investigations.
Extensive Knowledge Of Egyptian Laws And Regulations Related To Financial Crimes And Fraud Prevention.
Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, Including The Ability To Provide Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Staff.
