  1. Provide strategic legal advice and support to clients on a wide range of complex legal matters.
  2. Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  3. Draft and review legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and policies.
  4. Advise clients on potential legal risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal considerations are incorporated into business decisions.
  6. Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide proactive legal advice to clients.
  7. Manage and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service at all times.
  8. Ensure all legal processes and procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  9. Lead and supervise junior legal professionals in the team.
  10. Participate in business development activities and contribute to the growth of the legal practice at EY.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve legal services provided to clients.
  13. Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary.
  14. Adhere to EY's code of conduct and ethical standards at all times.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for EY and uphold the firm's values and reputation.

Job Qualifications
  • A Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience Practicing Law, Preferably In A Corporate Or Financial Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Corporate And Commercial Law, Including Contract Negotiation, Regulatory Compliance, And Mergers And Acquisitions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Work With A Diverse Team.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Legal Research And Writing, As Well As Experience In Providing Legal Advice And Counsel To Senior Executives And Clients.
