Legal Contracts Counsel, Technology and Managed Services

You should also be a strong communicator who can articulate legal concepts to a variety of audiences.The ideal candidate must possess a Juris Doctor degree and be admitted to practice law in at least one jurisdiction, preferably the United States. Responsibilities:

1. Draft, review, and negotiate technology-related contracts for EY.
2. Analyze legal documents and contracts for potential risks and create solutions to address them.
3. Provide legal advice and guidance on technology and managed services matters.
4. Maintain a high level of knowledge of industry trends and regulations related to technology and managed services.
5. Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and provide updates to relevant personnel.
6. Serve as a subject matter expert on technology and managed services matters.
7. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Provide legal advice on various corporate and technology matters.
9. Communicate complex legal concepts to a variety of audiences.
10. Represent EY in legal proceedings, as necessary.
