Legal Contracts Counsel, Technology and Managed Services

At Ernst & Young (EY), we are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our legal team as a Legal Contracts Counsel, Technology and Managed Services. This individual will be responsible for providing legal advice and assistance on a wide range of technology and managed services contractual matters.The ideal candidate for this role should have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school and be an active member of the bar in good standing. We are looking for someone who has at least 5 years of experience in legal contracts counseling and technology and managed services transactional work.This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys a fast-paced and challenging environment. Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice and assistance on a range of technology and managed services contractual matters.
2. Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on contracts, amendments, and other legal documents.
3. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Analyze legal issues and provide advice to clients and colleagues.
5. Prepare legal memoranda, opinions, and other documents.
6. Monitor and advise on changes in relevant laws and regulations.
7. Research and stay apprised of current legal trends and developments.
8. Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
10. Participate in business development activities.
