Legal Contracts Counsel, Technology and Managed Services

At Ernst & Young/ EY, we are looking for a highly skilled Legal Contracts Counsel, Technology and Managed Services to join our team. This role requires a professional with excellent legal skills, a broad understanding of technology, and a history of working in managed services.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the Technology and Managed Services team on a variety of matters, including contracts, intellectual property, data privacy, and international law. To excel in this role, you must have a Juris Doctor degree coupled with at least 5 years of experience in a legal contracts role. Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice and support to the Technology and Managed Services team on a variety of matters, including contracts, intellectual property, data privacy, and international law.
2. Draft, review and negotiate a variety of legal contracts.
3. Research and interpret applicable laws and regulations.
4. Monitor compliance with legal requirements.
5. Advise team members on best practices and legal implications of decisions.
6. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal trends and developments.
7. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on legal matters.
8. Stay abreast of changes in the industry and relevant regulations.
9. Respond to legal inquiries and inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
10. Handle legal disputes and other legal matters.
