Legal Contracts Counsel, Technology and Managed Services

Additionally, the successful candidate should have a working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, including contracts, technology-related issues, and managed services.

Responsibilities:

1. Negotiate and draft legal agreements for the technology and managed services industry
2. Research applicable laws and regulations related to contracts, technology-related issues, and managed services
3. Provide legal advice to internal and external clients
4. Develop strategies to resolve legal disputes
5. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to legal agreements
6. Track and analyze legal trends and developments
7. Prepare legal documents and correspondence
8. Manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads
9. Provide guidance and support to other team members
10. Manage corporate compliance requirements
