Legal Contracts Counsel, Technology and Managed Services

We’re looking for an experienced Legal Contracts Counsel, Technology and Managed Services to join our team at Ernst & Young (EY). This is an exciting role that requires a broad legal knowledge and understanding of the technology and managed services industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid history of successfully negotiating and drafting complex technology transactions, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice and support to the EY Technology and Managed Services teams. You’ll be expected to review, negotiate and draft contracts, and provide risk management and legal guidance on contractual matters. You’ll also be responsible for monitoring regulatory and market changes, assessing the impact of such changes, and helping the teams comply with applicable laws and regulations.To be successful in this role, you’ll need a law degree from an accredited law school and a minimum of five years of experience in technology and managed services contract law. You must possess excellent legal research and writing skills, and have the ability to interpret complex contracts. You should also have a proven track record of developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

1. Review, negotiate and draft legal contracts for EY Technology and Managed Services teams.
2. Provide risk management and legal guidance on contractual matters.
3. Monitor regulatory and market changes, assess the impact of such changes, and help teams comply with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments in the technology and managed services industry.
6. Provide comprehensive legal advice to EY Technology and Managed Services teams.
7. Manage and resolve any legal disputes.
8. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts.
9. Manage and maintain client relationships.
10. Maintain accurate and timely records of all contractual matters.
