Job Description

Respond to telephone inquiries to answer all questions regarding leave of absence and dependent certification. Provide information, guidance and direction to employees regarding the firm’s leave of absence policies and procedures .Provides employees with a customized package of various available time off options in order to maximize each person’s potential paid and unpaid time off. Responsible for all communications with the employees, managers and Talent Consultants during the duration of the leave. Maintains required documentation regarding leaves and dependent certification. Responsible for verifying eligibility, classifying the leave type and updating the HR system accordingly. Identify and implement ongoing process improvements

Job Qualifications
  • Thorough knowledge of Federal and State laws and rulings related to leaves (disability, parental and family leave)

  • A minimum of 3-5 years related experience

  • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) desirable

  • HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) certified to comply with federal privacy rules desirable
