  1. Provide expert advice and guidance to multinational clients on complex tax matters related to global equity compensation.
  2. Stay up-to-date with global equity tax regulations and advise clients on how to comply with them.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement tax-efficient global equity programs for clients.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential tax risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and providing exceptional client service.
  6. Prepare and review tax calculations and supporting documentation for global equity programs.
  7. Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for clients on global equity tax regulations.
  8. Stay informed about market trends and developments related to global equity compensation and share insights with clients and colleagues.
  9. Participate in business development activities, including prospecting and developing proposals for new clients.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge in global equity tax.
  11. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and colleagues on global equity tax topics.
  12. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and improve processes and tools related to global equity tax services.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Knowledge And Experience In Global Tax Laws And Regulations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Global Tax Laws And Regulations, Including Tax Treaties, Transfer Pricing, And Tax Compliance Requirements In Different Countries.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Global Equity Tax Senior Consultant, The Candidate Should Be Able To Analyze Complex Tax Issues And Provide Effective Solutions To Mitigate Tax Risks And Optimize Tax Efficiency For Multinational Clients.

  • Experience In Equity Compensation And Global Mobility: The Role Involves Advising Clients On Equity Compensation Plans And Global Mobility Tax Implications. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In These Areas And Be Able To Navigate The Complexities Of Cross-Border Taxation.

  • Excellent Communication And Client Management Skills: As A Consultant, The Candidate Will Be Expected To Communicate Complex Tax Concepts To Clients In A Clear And Concise Manner. Additionally, They Should Possess Strong Client Management Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Multinational Clients.

  • Relevant Qualifications And Certifications: A Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Taxation Is Typically Required For This Role. Preferred Certifications Include Cpa, Cfa, Or Cta. Additionally, Having Experience With Tax Software And Technology Platforms Is A Plus.
