Job Description

At Ernst & Young (EY), we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Global Compliance and Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a commitment to accuracy and an attention to detail. They should be able to prioritize multiple tasks and work well in a fast-paced environment.The Global Compliance and Reporting Analyst will be responsible for providing accurate and timely compliance and reporting services to our global clients. They will serve as the main point of contact for all compliance issues and will be a key player in ensuring corporate compliance. They will also be responsible for analyzing data, preparing reports, and providing guidance on all corporate compliance and reporting matters.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. They should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, corporate governance, and financial reporting requirements. They should also be well-versed in the use of various software applications, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.If you have the qualifications and experience necessary to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the main point of contact for all compliance issues and provide accurate and timely compliance and reporting services to global clients
  2. Analyze data, prepare reports, and provide guidance on corporate compliance and reporting matters
  3. Monitor and review client financials, budgets, and other reporting documents
  4. Manage and coordinate the review process of corporate compliance and reporting matters
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and other stakeholders
  6. Ensure that corporate compliance and reporting standards are met and that all relevant information is accurately reported
  7. Keep abreast of changes in corporate compliance and reporting laws and regulations and recommend action plans as needed
  8. Maintain a strong understanding of accounting principles, corporate governance, and financial reporting requirements
  9. Utilize various software applications including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  10. Provide timely responses to inquiries from internal and external clients
  11. Collaborate with other teams to ensure corporate compliance and reporting standards are met
  12. Ensure accuracy and accountability of data and documents related to corporate compliance and reporting matters
