Global Compliance and Reporting Analyst

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all of the business activities, processes, and operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field and at least three years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable working with an international team. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and review business activities, processes, and operations to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance
3. Research and analyze regulatory compliance issues and provide relevant advice to the business
4. Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and reports
5. Maintain knowledge of changes in applicable laws and regulations
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with requirements
7. Prepare reports on compliance activities and findings
8. Respond to inquiries from regulatory authorities
9. Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, legal advisors, and other compliance professionals
10. Monitor and document compliance issues and corrective actions
