1. Oversee project management activities for the GDS Consulting_CSS team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
3. Act as a key liaison between the client and the project team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
4. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery, and proactively develop contingency plans.
5. Provide guidance and support to project team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to execute their tasks effectively.
6. Monitor project progress and performance, and provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
