1. Establish and maintain global compliance standards and procedures.
2. Develop and manage a comprehensive global risk management framework.
3. Monitor and analyze global legal and regulatory issues.
4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Lead complex projects from start to finish.
6. Provide training and guidance on global compliance, risk management, and legal/regulatory issues.
7. Monitor and assess potential risks to the organization.
8. Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior management.
9. Support the development of effective internal controls.
10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in global compliance, risk management, and legal/regulatory issues.
