Job Description

At Ernst & Young (EY), we are looking for a GCR Manager who is passionate about driving successful Global Corporate Responsibility (GCR) strategies. The ideal candidate should be highly knowledgeable in GCR principles and have a proven track record in creating positive impact in the community. The GCR Manager will lead the development and implementation of GCR plans, policies, and programs. The position requires excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to think creatively. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real difference in the world.To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate responsibility, sustainability, public policy, or a related field. Previous experience in a management role is also required. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of GCR plans, policies, and programs.
  2. Foster a positive corporate responsibility culture by creating innovative strategies for GCR initiatives.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as NGOs, local government representatives, and industry experts.
  4. Monitor and assess GCR performance and progress against objectives and goals.
  5. Develop and implement effective strategies for measuring and reporting GCR outcomes.
  6. Identify and assess GCR risks and opportunities.
  7. Develop and manage annual GCR budget.
  8. Provide advice and guidance to staff on GCR policies and best practices.
  9. Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, including NGOs and governmental organizations.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure GCR initiatives are in-line with organizational strategy.
