Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of GCR plans, policies, and programs.
- Foster a positive corporate responsibility culture by creating innovative strategies for GCR initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as NGOs, local government representatives, and industry experts.
- Monitor and assess GCR performance and progress against objectives and goals.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for measuring and reporting GCR outcomes.
- Identify and assess GCR risks and opportunities.
- Develop and manage annual GCR budget.
- Provide advice and guidance to staff on GCR policies and best practices.
- Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, including NGOs and governmental organizations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure GCR initiatives are in-line with organizational strategy.
