  1. Develop and implement front-end solutions for our clients' business challenges.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis of user requirements and create technical specifications.
  4. Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in front-end development and incorporate them into our projects.
  5. Ensure all front-end solutions are responsive and optimized for various devices and browsers.
  6. Troubleshoot and debug any issues that arise during the development process.
  7. Conduct thorough testing to ensure high-quality and bug-free deliverables.
  8. Communicate project progress and any potential roadblocks to project managers and stakeholders.
  9. Continuously improve and optimize front-end processes and workflows.
  10. Adhere to established coding standards and best practices.
  11. Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers on technical aspects and best practices.
  12. Deliver projects within specified timelines and budget constraints.
  13. Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end solutions with existing systems.
  14. Maintain and update existing front-end solutions as needed.
  15. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and delivering better solutions.
  16. Represent EY with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency In Html, Css, And Javascript: A Strong Understanding Of These Languages Is Essential For Creating And Maintaining The Front End Of Websites And Applications.

  • Experience With Front-End Frameworks: Ey May Require Knowledge Of Popular Front-End Frameworks Such As React, Angular, Or Vue.js To Build Scalable And Efficient User Interfaces.

  • Familiarity With Design Tools: Front-End Developers At Ey Should Be Comfortable Working With Design Tools Such As Adobe Photoshop And Sketch To Translate Designs Into Functional User Interfaces.

  • Understanding Of User Experience Principles: A Good Front-End Developer Should Have A Strong Understanding Of User Experience (Ux) Principles And Be Able To Implement Them In Their Work To Create Intuitive And User-Friendly Interfaces.

  • Knowledge Of Web Performance Optimization: Ey May Look For Front-End Developers Who Are Familiar With Techniques For Optimizing Website Performance, Such As Image Optimization, Lazy Loading, And Code Minification, To Ensure Fast And Efficient User Experience.
