  1. Manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services to government agency clients.
  2. Provide strategic guidance and direction to clients on complex contractual and compliance issues.
  3. Lead forensic investigations and provide expert insights and recommendations to clients.
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies in the government contracting space.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to government contracts.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agency clients and key stakeholders.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to provide comprehensive and integrated services to clients.
  8. Identify new business opportunities and participate in business development activities to expand the firm's government contract services.
  9. Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and expertise in government contract services.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client engagements, including project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  11. Represent the firm and present at conferences and events to showcase our expertise in the field of government contract services.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and achieve common goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Forensic Accounting, Criminal Justice, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Forensic Investigations, Preferably In A Government Contract Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Government Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As The Federal Acquisition Regulations (Far) And The Defense Contract Audit Agency (Dcaa).

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing And Leading Teams In Complex Forensic Investigations And Audits.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Findings And Recommendations To Clients And Stakeholders.
