- Oversee and manage a team of forensic accountants and contract specialists.
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-profile government clients.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of concern for government contracts.
- Provide guidance and support to clients on compliance with government regulations and procedures.
- Utilize forensic accounting techniques to detect and investigate potential fraudulent activities.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate investigations into suspected fraud and misconduct.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and prevent future fraudulent activities.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in government regulations and industry best practices.
- Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams to provide updates and recommendations.
- Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments within the firm to leverage resources and expertise.
- Represent the firm at industry events and conferences.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Forensic Accounting, Criminology, Or Computer Science.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In The Field Of Forensics, Particularly In Government Contract Services.
Strong Understanding Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Including The False Claims Act And Federal Acquisition Regulations.
Experience Managing A Team And Overseeing Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients And Government Officials.
