- Lead and manage a team of professionals in providing forensic accounting and investigative services to government clients.
- Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of services to meet client needs and expectations.
- Utilize strong knowledge and experience in government contracts and compliance to effectively support and guide the team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to government contracts and compliance to provide valuable insights and guidance to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within EY to leverage resources and deliver holistic services to clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize team performance and achieve business goals.
- Mentor and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance management.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
- Act as a subject matter expert in government contracts and compliance, providing thought leadership and contributing to the overall growth of the practice.
- Participate in business development activities, including identifying new opportunities, pitching services to potential clients, and supporting proposal development.
- Uphold EY's values and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and team members.
- Maintain a strong understanding of EY's policies and procedures and ensure compliance with them.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of services delivered.
Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In The Field Of Forensics And/Or Government Contract Services, With At Least 3 Years In A Managerial Or Leadership Role.
Strong Understanding Of Government Contract Regulations, Compliance Requirements, And Relevant Laws, Such As The False Claims Act And Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
Extensive Knowledge Of Forensic Accounting, Data Analytics, And Investigative Techniques, As Well As Experience Managing Complex Financial Investigations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Clients, Team Members, And Other Stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field; Certified Fraud Examiner (Cfe) Or Certified Public Accountant (Cpa) Designation Preferred.
