In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and governance of electronic data in high-profile investigations and litigations.   1. Manage and oversee all aspects of electronic data within high-profile investigations and litigations.
  2. Develop and implement information governance strategies and policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  3. Monitor and maintain data integrity and security throughout the discovery process.
  4. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including legal teams, clients, and external vendors, to ensure efficient and effective data management.
  5. Conduct data assessments and provide recommendations for data preservation, collection, and processing.
  6. Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to identify patterns and trends within large datasets.
  7. Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Stay current on industry developments and best practices related to information governance and discovery.
  9. Train and mentor junior team members on information governance processes and protocols.
  10. Uphold the highest standards of integrity and ethics in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Information Governance, Data Analytics, Or Forensic Technology.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Privacy Laws And Regulations, Such As Gdpr And Ccpa.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Visualization Tools, Such As Relativity, Nuix, And Tableau.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills And Experience In Managing Complex Ediscovery Projects.
