As a Discovery Information Governance Manager, you will play a critical role in our team by leading the management and oversight of discovery information governance projects.   1. Lead and manage all discovery information governance projects within the Forensics and Integrity Services department at Ernst & Young/ EY.
  2. Oversee and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to information governance and electronic discovery.
  3. Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures for the management of discovery information.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with discovery information governance.
  5. Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in information governance and electronic discovery.
  7. Train and educate team members and other relevant stakeholders on information governance protocols and procedures.
  8. Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers for discovery information governance.
  9. Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on information governance and electronic discovery matters.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor on all aspects of discovery information governance to support the overall mission of promoting integrity within the organization.
  11. Prepare and present reports to senior management on the status and progress of all discovery information governance projects.
  12. Monitor and manage budgets and resources for discovery information governance projects.
  13. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of discovery information governance.
  14. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all deliverables and project milestones.
  15. Uphold the values and principles of Ernst & Young/ EY and the Forensics and Integrity Services department in all aspects of work.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Forensic Accounting.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Information Governance, Data Analytics, Or Ediscovery Within A Professional Services Or Consulting Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices Related To Information Governance, Data Privacy, And Data Security.

  • Experience Managing Large Scale Ediscovery Projects, Including Data Collection, Processing, Review, And Production.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients.
