  2. Collaborate with clients to assess their current data management processes and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Utilize forensic technology tools and techniques to analyze and validate data for legal and regulatory purposes.
  4. Conduct thorough data audits and investigations to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  5. Provide guidance and support to clients on best practices for data collection, storage, and disposal.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in information governance and use this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
  7. Train and educate clients and team members on information governance principles and procedures.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on data governance initiatives and address any concerns or issues.
  9. Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless integration between data discovery and information governance processes.
  10. Monitor and track data governance metrics to measure the success of implemented strategies.
  11. Stay current with legal and regulatory changes that may impact client data management processes.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on information governance-related inquiries and issues.
  13. Lead and manage projects related to information governance, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  14. Identify opportunities for business growth and develop proposals for new information governance services.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Information Security.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Information Governance, E-Discovery, Or Data Analytics.

  • Strong Understanding Of Legal And Regulatory Requirements Related To Information Governance, Such As Gdpr And Ccpa.

  • Experience Managing And Leading Teams, As Well As Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
