  1. Develop and implement efficient and effective information governance strategies for clients to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  2. Manage and oversee all aspects of the eDiscovery process, including data collection, preservation, processing, and review.
  3. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in information governance and eDiscovery to continuously improve processes and services.
  5. Train and mentor junior team members on information governance and eDiscovery processes and procedures.
  6. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of vulnerability for clients, providing recommendations for mitigation.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert for clients and colleagues on information governance and eDiscovery matters.
  8. Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective services are delivered to clients.
  9. Conduct data analysis and investigations to support legal and regulatory proceedings.
  10. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to provide updates, reports, and recommendations on project status and outcomes.
  11. Adhere to strict confidentiality and data security protocols to protect sensitive and confidential information.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team and contribute to the overall growth and success of the department.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • 5+ Years Of Experience In Information Governance, Data Management, Or Ediscovery.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Privacy Laws And Regulations.

  • Knowledge Of Ediscovery Tools And Technologies, Such As Relativity Or Nuix.

  • Experience Managing And Leading A Team, As Well As Working With Cross-Functional Teams.
