- Lead and manage the implementation of ERP systems for clients, ensuring successful and timely delivery.

- Develop project plans and timelines, and oversee the execution of project milestones.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients during the ERP implementation process.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client's current financial systems and processes, and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and drive growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in financial technology and ERP systems.
- Train and mentor team members on ERP systems and best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as IT and finance, to align business processes with the ERP implementation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Identify and mitigate any potential risks or obstacles during the ERP implementation process.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented ERP system, making necessary adjustments and improvements as needed.
- Communicate progress and updates to key stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
- Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team and organization.
- Keep accurate records and documentation of project activities and deliverables.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Managing Financial Transformation Projects, Preferably With Erp Implementation.
Strong Understanding Of Finance And Accounting Processes, As Well As Erp Systems Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Microsoft Dynamics.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Stakeholder Relationships.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.
